    The Hilton HHonors Reserve Visa credit card is an easy way to earn rewards points, meaningful rewards, and other benefits. With competitive pricing and terms, along with several bonus point earning opportunities, there are plenty of ways to maximize current spending habits with this credit card.

    Here are how rewards are earned when using the Hilton HHonors Reserve Visa credit card.

    • Hotel stay purchases that occur within the Hilton portfolio of properties earn 10 points for every dollar that is spent.
    • Car rental costs and airline tickets earn 5 points for every dollar that is spent.
    • All other purchases earn rewards at a rate of 3 points for every dollar that is spent.

    New account holders also qualify for a bonus reward. If $2,500 in purchases is made within the first 120 days of having the account open, then this Citi credit card offers two weekend night certificates, each good for one weekend night, for select Hilton resorts or hotels.

    All account holders will also earn an anniversary bonus with the Hilton HHonors Reserve Visa Credit Card. It consists of one weekend night certificate, but requires members to make at least $10,000 in purchases in a 12-month period that is based on the account’s annual fee date.

    How to Upgrade the Hilton HHonors Reserve Visa Credit Card

    Unlike other Hilton HHonors credit cards that offer a complimentary Silver Status rewards tier with an open account, this casino credit card offers a complimentary Gold Status rewards tier. This means all account members automatically receive a 25% bonus on every HHonors base point that is earned.

    Additional benefits of having this rewards tier status include express checkout, late checkout, and complimentary internet access. There is also complimentary access to health clubs or fitness centers that may be associated with the Hilton property.

    It is also possible to upgrade the Hilton HHonors Reserve Visa to HHonors Diamond Status. This occurs when $40,000 in purchases are made with this credit card within a calendar year. With the upgraded status, account members are guaranteed a room when making a reservation at a Hilton hotel within 48 hours. Diamond members also receive a 50% bonus on all HHonors base points that are earned in addition to all Gold Status benefits.

    This credit card also qualifies for all Visa Signature benefits even though it isn’t branded as a Signature card. It comes equipped with EMV chip technology, worldwide travel accident insurance, and lost baggage protection. There are also trip interruption or cancellation protections built into the benefits of this card for all rewards tiers.

    What Is the Pricing and Terms of the Hilton HHonors Reserve Visa Credit Card?

    This credit card is offered with an annual fee of $95. In return, all approved applicants will receive a variable APR of 15.74%. This is also the APR for all balance transfers that are requested and approved within the first 2 months of the account opening.

    Cash advances have an APR of 25.74%. The maximum APR of this credit card may be up to 29.99% if penalty rates apply.

    There are no foreign transaction fees charged with this credit card. If there is an interest charge which is applied to a leftover balance, the minimum charge will be $0.50. Late payment and returned payment fees may be up to $35.
