How to Contact MBNA Customer Service?

    MBNA customer service is available 24/7 to meet your needs. MBNA customer service also offers the option to chat online with a customer service associate. It can be accessed online through the MBNA contact page and is available to account holders outside of Canada. From outside Canada, account holders may also call collect (613) 907-3505 to receive 24/7 customer service. Associates are available at three numbers for general inquiries.

    If there is a billing error or charge dispute discovered on your MBNA account, then services are reserved through written contact only. Send all correspondence and any evidence of the error to the address below.
